Learn about the health benefits of having pets
As a pet owner, I share with many other pet owners, the benefits of the dog walk, and the importance it has on my mind and body, seeing the positive effects on my dog. I’m sure most pet owners already know just petting your pet not only makes us feel happier and helps us reduce our stress levels.

Learn about your own mental well-being
This course will not only help you identify mental health illness, but give you confidence and techniques on how to help others in need, you know that person on the bench in the park, looking a bit distance or sad, or perhaps that older lady, who just seeking a bit of company, or conversation, your stressed out friend, who just lost his job, your work colleague, who doesn’t seem to be herself these days, you know who I mean, yet what do we do about it? How do you start the conversation? How can I help, yet we feel so helpless? Let's do something about it!
Learn how to help others
This course is interactive, where you learn self-help techniques about your own mental well-being, your own strengths, and learn how to develop these personal qualities helping others. Our course is designed as an uplifting and encouraging course, helping us learn about our pet's natural instincts, increasing our own understandings of mental well-being. This course uses self-help interactive assessment tools, templates that we can expand, and enhance our own personalities, in a peaceful, lovely way to help ourselves and others.
