Health and safety level 2

This course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in health and safety awareness and covers workplace regulation, accident prevention and procedures and holds a level 2 certification. It is designed to meet health and safety regulations and covers regulations, precautions, planning, risk assessments, PPE, individual sectors, what causes accidents, employer/employee responsibilities, RIDDOR, COSHH, first aid, workstation/VDU safety, working at heights, gas safety, occupational health, infection control, electricity, enforcement and the dangers and links to the regulations in fire and manual handling.

Level 2 risk assessing training course

The aim of our level 2 certified risk assessment training course is to give the learner an understanding of the importance of risk assessment and current applicable legislation within the workplace. Also to promote awareness and understanding of what constitutes a hazard and to promote understanding of the 5 steps of carrying out a workplace risk assessment.

By the end of our risk assessment training programme, each candidate will understand the importance of risk assessment and current applicable legislation, understand what constitutes a hazard, understand the hierarchy of controls and be able to carry out a risk assessment, as this qualification is designed to be an introduction to the principles of risk assessing.

Level 2 safe moving and handling of objects

This level 2 course is aimed at anyone who requires a course in manual handling objects within the workplace and the course covers moving, lifting objects alone, with a partner, or with lifting aids. Our moving objects course is ideal for all workplace requirements and the training programme is designed to meet the requirements and recommendations of the HSE Manual Handling Regulations 1992 and is ideal for office staff, factory workers, construction industry and more.
